The three highest-priced home sales in Manhasset last month ranged from $3.3 million to $7 million.
The priciest Manhasset home sold in November was a 5-bedroom, 6.5-bath colonial on 1.11 acres at 171 Elderfields Road that sold for $7 million, which was $1.002 million over asking. It was listed by Traci Clinton and Lorraine Downey of Compass and sold by their Compass colleague Alexandra DiMaria.
A 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath colonial on .67 acres at 13 Stone Hill Drive N. fetched $3.35 million in cash. It was listed by Eileen Krach of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty and sold by Xian Zheng of Compass.
At 104 Woodhill Lane, a 5-bedroom, 5.555-bath colonial on .50 acres went for $3.3 million. It was listed by Alexis Siegel and Amy Rosenberg of Douglas Elliman Real Estate and sold by Bhavdeep Chawla of Omni Realty.
