Xiaomi is set to introduce its latest TWS 3 Pro earphones to the Indian market, reports Techradar. The Chinese smartphone maker hasn’t yet confirmed the official date of release in India, but the reports suggest that it is expected to release in a couple of months. These earphones were released with Adaptive Noise Cancellation (ANC) in September 2021 along with the Xiaomi Civi for its home market.

Xiaomi introduced the TWS 3 Pro in China with a price tag of CNY 699 (around Rs 8,000). The reports suggest that these earphones can be priced around Rs 10,000 in India. The Chinese versions were released in three colour options — Black, White and Green and made available to order for the public in October 2021.

The report adds that these earphones are expected to support adaptive ANC along with a fitting design, just like variants released in China. It might also support an ambient mode, a three-stage noise reduction feature and a voice-enhancing mode. It might also have a maximum noise reduction depth of 40dB like the Chinese version along with spatial audio support and USB Type-C charging. The earbuds that will be released in India might also come with LHDC 4.0 codec.
The Indian version is also expected to have a dust and water resistance rating of IP55. The Chinese brand claims that these earphones have six hours of battery life with the ANC turned off and with the charging case, its battery runs upto 27 hours.
These earbuds were introduced in China along with the Xiaomi Watch Colour 2 smartwatch and the Xiaomi Civi smartphone. Xiaomi TWS 3 Pro is an upgrade to the Xiaomi TWS Earphones 2 that was released in 2020. This company might also announce a new speaker very soon.
