The 2026 Royal Rumble is now only a few days away. By the end of the week, we’ll know two of the Superstars who will challenge for World Titles on The Grandest Stage of Them All, WrestleMania. If you’re a fan who bets money on the outcomes of WWE matches, you might have backed some potential Rumble winners already, and odds are you’ve put your money on The Beast, Brock Lesnar.
WWE Fans Are Putting Their Royal Rumble Money On Brock Lesnar
That’s according to the latest statistics shared by Oddschecker. At the time the information was sent to TheSportster, Lesnar was the most backed Superstar to win the men’s Royal Rumble match over the prior 12-hour period. 21 percent of bets placed on the winner of the match were choosing Lesnar to win.

Everything you need to know about the 2026 Royal Rumble.
That’s despite The Beast Incarnate not currently having a spot in the 30-person match, at least not officially. More than half of the entrants in the men’s Rumble have been confirmed, with Oba Femi, Bron Breakker, and Jacob Fatu among the 16 Superstars taking part in the match. Lesnar is not one of those 16 stars.
As for why so many fans would back a wrestler who might not be in the match, the odds are pretty tempting. At the time those bets were being placed, Lesnar had odds of 50/1, so a rank outsider this year. Surprising that he’d have such long odds with The Beast returning to active duty in WWE last year and once again being a constant threat hanging over the roster now that he’s active again.
Who Else Are WWE Fans Backing To Win The Men’s Royal Rumble?
Even outside of Lesnar, WWE gamblers are sticking with the wrestlers who will potentially win them a lot of money should they win the Rumble. LA Knight is the man being backed the most after Lesnar. Likely a combination of wishful thinking and Knight having odds of 20/1. Should he win, the fans who backed him will be both very happy to see the fan favorite win, and also get a chunk of change at the same time.
Quite a few fans also believe Finn Balor’s recent realization that he needs to do better might give him the edge in this weekend’s Rumble match. Ten percent of bets were placed on Balor, and his odds aren’t even listed, which likely means they’re even longer than Lesnar’s 50/1.
According to Oddschecker, Roman Reigns, Bron Breakker, and Sami Zayn are the three frontrunners to win the match. Their low odds will be the reason they aren’t being backed by fans, with just 16 percent of the bets during the given time period between all three of them.
