Alpharetta, GA – The Wire & Wood Songwriters Festival has unveiled the full entertainment schedule for the highly anticipated 2025 festival, scheduled to take place on Friday and Saturday, October 10-11. Alpharetta’s popular fall event transforms the downtown area into an open-air venue for music lovers and creators! This free admission festival will feature more than thirty performances on six outdoor stages, as well as an exclusive ticketed listening room concert held at Roaring Social.
Wire & Wood Songwriters Festival pairs nationally known artists with emerging talent in a celebration of songwriting, storytelling, and live music culture. Music enthusiasts can look forward to an eclectic mix of artists performing over the two-day weekend in Alpharetta, Georgia.
This year’s headliners include iconic British new wave group Wang Chung, taking the stage Friday night with a set packed with chart-topping hits like “Everybody Have Fun Tonight,” “Dance Hall Days,” and the cult-classic To Live and Die in L.A. title track.
On Saturday, the festival amps up the energy with a performance by Gaelic Storm, known for their dynamic blend of traditional Irish music fused with rock, country, and folk. Since their breakout performance in Titanic, where they sang “Irish Party in Third Class,” the band has built a global following and topped the Billboard World Albums chart six times.

The Wire & Wood Songwriters Festival will feature a special ticketed Listening Room event on Saturday, October 11, at Roaring Social, showcasing an intimate afternoon performance by Randall Bramblett & Friends. Doors open at 2:00 PM, with the show starting at 3:00 PM. A revered Southern artist with a decades-long career, Bramblett has performed with icons like Steve Winwood and Gregg Allman, and his songs have been recorded by artists such as Bonnie Raitt and The Blind Boys of Alabama. As the only ticketed event of the festival, this exclusive show offers a rare opportunity to experience Bramblett’s storytelling and original music in a close-up setting. Beyond the music, guests can explore the Live Art Lounge on Canton Street, featuring interactive installations and live demonstrations by local visual artists. The Music Makers Market, located on Commerce Street near City Hall, will showcase music-inspired artwork and handcrafted goods from local and regional creators. Getting to the Wire & Wood Songwriters Festival is easy, with numerous free parking options available throughout downtown, including the City Hall parking deck (2 Park Plaza), Milton Avenue parking deck (92 Milton Ave), and parking lots located at 45 Roswell Street and the Alpharetta Community Center (175 Roswell St). Ride-share services can drop off and pick up at Innovation Academy (125 Milton Avenue). Limited seating is available at outdoor stages on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees are welcome to bring their own portable chairs.
