At 2 Poydras St., permitting has been issued for a nearly $14 million renovation to the Hilton Hotel. The permits calls for renovations to the guestrooms, guestroom bathrooms, parlor rooms, corridors, elevator lobbies, and vending areas, as noted in the drawing and specifications on floors 14-20, 26, and 27 of the Hilton Riverside New Orleans main side building one.

The work includes, but is not limited to replacing floor, wall, and ceiling finishes, along with removal of new fixtures, furniture, equipment and updates to existing ADA guest rooms.

First Finish LLC will perform the work.

1400 Poydras will see an existing office space transformed into a College of Medicine.

The value totals over $9 million and will be completed by Verius Property Group LLC.

On the Tulane campus, permitting for a project totaling over $5 million has been issued to renovate an existing shell space measuring about 2,300 square feet within Paul Hall.

The bays include tools for metrology, etching and electro beam lithography. Broadmoor LLC will perform the work.

226 S. Villere St., which houses a parking garage and surface parking, will see removal and replacement of site paving with new plaza paving and landscaping totaling over $2.7 million. This will be performed by CDW Services LLC.

Church of the King – St. Charles Campus will see continued renovation totaling over $2.7 million to the electrical systems.
