BENTONVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — McNelly Farms, a luxury retreat on 48 acres at 8015 E. McNelly Road north of Bentonville, has officially opened, Talk Business reports.
The property includes a two-story, 16,319-square-foot estate home and guest house with seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, accommodating up to 20 guests.
Amenities feature fire pits, patios, a chef’s kitchen, wine cellar, movie room and speakeasy lounge. Bookings start at $2,500 per night, with rates varying by date.
Developed by Howse brands founder Jay Howard and NASCAR Hall of Famer Mark Martin, the retreat was renovated and furnished by the Howse interior design team “to reflect the character of the Ozarks with the elegance of a private resort,” according to Talk Business.
Howard’s Crowhow LLC purchased the property for $3.33 million in March 2023 before transferring ownership to McNelly Farms LLC, managed by Howard and Martin. Generations Bank has financed several loans totaling more than $8 million.
Built in 2008, the site also includes a utility building, barn and multiple outbuildings. Future plans call for weddings, corporate retreats and group adventure experiences.
