The June 30 episode of WWE RAW was quite a show in Pittsburgh. They also taped the 4th of July episode of SmackDown after that show. That also included the return of a familiar face, and this is a big spoiler warning for the rest of this article.
On the July 4 episode of SmackDown, Tiffany Stratton went to the ring to discuss her upcoming match with Jade Cargill at SummerSlam. She also announced plans to defend her title at WWE Evolution.
Jade Cargill went out to interrupt, but Tiffany Stratton revealed that her Evolution opponent will be Trish Stratus, not Jade. Trish then came out and accepted the match. Tiffany and Trish exchanged words before leaving the ring, and fans loved every moment of it.
WWE Evolution will take place on July 13, 2025, in Atlanta, Georgia, at the State Farm Arena. Now, we have quite a dream match for the event.
Trish Stratus doesn’t appear on WWE television very often. That being said, the company has a big event coming up that has brought back other WWE Hall of Famers from the women’s division, like Nikki Bella.
Trish Stratus’ most recent WWE match was at Elimination Chamber 2025 on March 1. She teamed with Tiffany Stratton to defeat Candice LeRae and Nia Jax. WWE Evolution is set to go down on July 13, 2025, in Atlanta, Georgia at the State Farm Arena.
