Silver Alert discontinued for 79-year-old woman

AUSTIN (KXAN) — A Silver Alert issued for a 79-year-old woman Saturday was discontinued Sunday, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

The woman was previously last seen around 2:30 p.m. Saturday in the 1200 block of Broadmoor Drive, which is near Cameron Road.

She was also diagnosed with a cognitive impairment, according to local police.
