WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels has been losing his hair and former WWE star Virgil took a shot at HBK. He took to his Instagram account and posted a picture HBK and Carmello Hayes, who won the NXT North American title on this week’s edition of NXT 2.0.

Here is what Virgil said about Shawn Michaels:

“GUARANTEED 2 seconds after this pic was taken Shawn Just walked off and never said a word to this guy. HBK will do whatever it takes to pretend that he is cool and he isn’t a guy that worked at Dunder Mifflin and isn’t holding onto his last hair plug. It’s funny hearing all these “good” guys in the wrestling business that don’t get shit talked about them but when I was hustling pics people would make fun of me. Nice hair Shawn you crossed ham and egg eating fart bag”

Carmello Hayes had won the chance to challenge any champion in NXT by winning the Breakout Tournament. He defeated Isiah ‘Swerve’ Scott in a huge shocker of events and was crowned the new WWE North American Champion.

Fightful Select shared huge news on exactly why the switch happened, revealing that Michaels, who works backstage on NXT, “sees himself” in the new North American champion. Hayes posted a picture of himself on Twitter after the match, with the belt around his waist and Michaels giving him a big hug.

Fightful have reported that Hayes has been turning heads in the WWE Performance Center, particularly HBK, and that he is being groomed as a top star of the future.

They wrote:

“Carmelo Hayes has impressed some people of influence within NXT and the Performance Center. We’re told by WWE Performance Center sources that Carmelo Hayes specifically caught the eye of Shawn Michaels, and was viewed as a “project” of his by many. Hayes had already impressed many, but a match with Kushida in early June opened up a lot of opportunities for him, including the follow-up match with Adam Cole. Another high level NXT source said that they believe Shawn Michaels sees a lot of himself in Carmelo Hayes, which seems to be backed up by Shawn Michaels taking a celebratory photo with Hayes following his NXT North American Title victory.”
