Stalking case against former Roswell officer dropped

ROSWELL, N.M. (KRQE) – A former Roswell police officer who resigned after being accused of stalking his ex-girlfriend had his case dropped. Thomas Troy resigned in May after facing termination at the Roswell Police Department for stalking and disorderly conduct charges.

His case was dismissed with prejudice.
