Palette Northshore, an entrepreneurial hub and co-working space for local business owners, will open in the office complex at Covington’s Holiday Square (201 Holiday Blvd.) with a public grand opening event set for Aug. 13 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Palette Northshore will officially open for business beginning Thursday, Aug. 14, 2025.
Palette Northshore is supported by various local economic development leaders and universities, including the likes of Louisiana Economic Development, GNO Inc., St. Tammany Economic Development Corp., and Southeastern Louisiana University.
“For the past year while we’ve been under construction, we’ve been hosting workshops in collaboration with our community partners and creating opportunities for entrepreneurs to network and grow together,” says Palette Chief Experience Officer Amanda Delaup. “We’re so excited to finally be able to share this beautiful and multi-functional space with our growing community of entrepreneurs across the Northshore.”
The new Greenleaf Architects-designed hub offers co-working spaces and private offices, event space, conference rooms, a podcast studio, outdoor workspace, and a café. You can access the space through various membership options. Through August 17th, founding memberships are available at $168.75 per month. These exclusive memberships provide business owners with access to founder events and promotional opportunities, unlimited workspace access, priority booking for private meeting rooms, WiFi, access to office equipment, access to community events and workshops, exclusive business support services, and community business discounts.
Palette also offers a networking membership at $99 per month that allows access to the space for five days per month, and a virtual membership option. More information on memberships is available at: https://palettenorthshore.com/membership.
“Palette’s affordable resources and programming addresses the unique needs of professionals from various backgrounds – from established business leaders to startups to remote workers – all under one roof,” said Palette co-founder Marty Mayer. “Beyond that, we’re also giving our members an opportunity and a platform to share their expertise within the community. There’s truly nothing else like this on the Northshore.”
At the grand opening event on Aug. 13, attendees will be able to tour the space and hear from Palette leadership about upcoming programs and initiatives that will support business owners. The free event also includes live music from Shane Madere, Jr., a beverage station sponsored by REV, food available for purchase from Southern Pastabilities Food Truck and El Mercado Food Truck, and a Fidelity Bank P.O.W.E.R. photo booth, among other events.
