An Oakwood man was arrested in connection to an ongoing drug investigation in Hall County.
Hall County Sheriff’s Office deputies reportedly conducted a search warrant at the apartment of Matthew Nazir Lott, 20, on Oakwood Hills Drive Monday.
During the search, deputies allegedly seized 36 grams of fentanyl along with a set of scales, 1.9 grams of cocaine and 19.7 grams of MDMA. Investigators estimated the street value of the substances to be just over $7,800.
Lott was arrested at the scene on the following charges:

Trafficking fentanyl

Possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute

Possession of cocaine with intent to distribute

Possession of MDMA with intent to distribute

Reckless conduct (having a child in the residence where drugs were being sold)
With the exception of the reckless conduct charge, all charges are felony offenses. Lott remained in the Hall County Jail without bond as of last report.
