New initiative expands Newton County high schoolers’ access to dual enrollment

This school year, Newton County Schools is making strides to increase students’ access to obtaining college credit through dual enrollment. Though dual enrollment has previously been available to NCS high school students, this year, virtual embedded courses will be available at all three NCS high schools.
