DENVER (KDVR) — Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash involving a motorcyclist in the evening on Saturday in Aurora.
Aurora Police Department said to FOX31 that at around 6:15 p.m., a crash involving a motorcyclist and a vehicle happened at Dayton Street and East 12th Avenue in Aurora.
APD said that after the vehicle hit the motorcyclist, the driver of the vehicle allegedly left the scene.
The police department said that law enforcement officers had later found the suspected vehicle abandoned on Saturday evening, but police didn’t specify the location where the suspected vehicle was found.
The motorcyclist was transported to the hospital in critical condition, says APD.
