Heading into the workweek, more moisture will surge into the desert southwest. This will bring daily afternoon showers and thunderstorm chances across the state through midweek. Flash flooding is still a concern as we head into the week.
For the second half of the week, we will start to see an area of high pressure building over the state. This will bring in some slightly drier air into the state. Shower and storm chances will be more sparse, but we will still see isolated shower and storm chances into the end of the week.
