Women’s Fashion, creating bird protection
Join educator Rebecca Blacketter, from Norristown Farm Park, to learn how women’s fashion shaped bird conservation efforts in the US (and around the world). Discover what the Migratory Bird Act is, along with some of the important people behind it. We will explore how bird watching became a popular past time, and how the past has brought us to the present and what is planned for the future.
