A Wyandanch-based distributor has leased a 64,184-square-foot industrial building in Copiague.

The Oil and Lubricant Depot, a supplier of motor oils lubricants and related products, will use the building and its 4.5-acre property at 65 Court St. to expand its warehousing and distribution operations.

The property had been owned by Ronkonkoma-based Baumann & Sons Buses which closed its business and sold it to Sitex Group, an Englewood, N.J.-based real estate investment firm, for $4.9 million last summer.

Jason Miller and Jeffrey Schwartzberg of Premier Commercial Real Estate, who represented Sitex in the Copiague acquisition, also represented ownership, as well as the tenant, in the lease transaction.
