NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) – We’ve been following INVEST 94L for a little while now and it’s surely been keeping us on the edge of our seats with one day having upped chances for potential tropical development then hours later downed, but it’s beginning to look rather unfavorable for this particular area of low pressure.

It’s located about 900-miles east-southeast of Lesser Antilles with wave movement heading westward at 15-mph.
According to the National Hurricane Center‘s satellite-derived wind data, “a weak area of low pressure associated with a tropical wave has become less organized” going onto say, “the wave is still producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms.”
The NHC predicts that environmental conditions are not looking conducive for further development over the next few days putting the downed risk for potential tropical development at 10% over both the next 48-hours and 7-days.
