These low-cost, spay/neuter clinics are open to cats and dogs in Loudoun County. Cats and dogs will be spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and receive pain medication. Payment is due at time of drop-off. Cats $100, Dogs $175.

Proof of Loudoun residency is required. Income qualifications are required. You must sign up to reserve a surgery spot.

Loudoun County residents who qualify for social services (such as WIC card/qualification paperwork, Medicaid card/qualification paperwork, TANF/SNAP benefits, Free Loudoun County school lunch program letter for current school year, Social Security benefits) or meet income qualifications (50% median income – click here for the 2025 Area Medium income chart) are eligible for this income qualified spay/neuter clinic.
