Former Arkansas sheriff enters guilty plea in circuit court case

Former Hot Spring County Sheriff Scott Finkbeiner has pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor charges of unauthorized use of a database and sexual solicitation, and has been assigned 180 days in jail for the database use and 90 days for solicitation, to be served concurrently, as well as a $4,500 fine.
