How to get a REAL ID in Arkansas and not have to pay the $45 fee at the airport

Arkansans can get a REAL ID at any of the state’s revenue offices with the appropriate documentation for $10 or $40, and those without one will need to pay a $45 fee to TSA to board a flight starting February 1st.
