Hakuhodo International Indonesia (HIID) announced the largest leadership structure reshuffle in its history with the appointment of 15 new executives across various divisions. The move comes after Farhana Eldini Devi Attamimi and Yuzuru Iguchi were appointed as Group CEO and Country Director respectively earlier this year.
The restructuring includes the appointment of new leaders in the company’s five main business units, ranging from Hakuhodo Jakarta to i-dac Indonesia. Most of the positions are filled by internal talents who have been with the group for a long time.
Five business units get new leaders
Hakuhodo Jakarta is now led by Narpati Adityasa as general manager. He will work closely with Naoya Hosokawa who serves as director. At the Hybrid unit, Ivan Christyanto has been appointed as general manager, while Yuzuru Iguchi, who is also country director, will serve as director of this unit.
The H:Three unit will have new leaders later this year with Eka Harithsyah as general manager and Daisuke Yanaoka as director. For H Digital, Linda Mutiara has been appointed as general manager with Kyohei Hasegawa as director.
Meanwhile, Fitri Rizayati takes over the reins of i-dac Indonesia as managing director. She will collaborate with Kyosuke Matsui who serves as the unit’s director.
“We are evolving with the industry, becoming more agile and adaptive to market needs and beyond that, listening more closely, and approaching things with a fresh outlook. That’s what our clients and sei-katsu-sha expect from us today,” says Narpati Adityasa.
New executive committee shapes group strategy
In addition to the changes at the business unit level, HIID also established an Executive Committee that will handle group-level strategy. Fitri Rizayati, in addition to leading i-dac Indonesia, will also perform the corporate planning function for overall organizational strategy and planning.
Finance will be overseen by two senior executives. Hilman Eri Permadi has been appointed executive director of finance, while Rini Maulidia will be director of finance. Both will be responsible for financial governance and financial strategy across the group.
Daisuke Yanaoka of H:Three calls this change an opportunity to strengthen collaboration between teams. “With shared values and a unified vision, we are committed to nurturing ideas that resonate deeply with society and deliver meaningful business results,” he said.
Strengthening in digital and creative fields
HIID also strengthened its digital capabilities by appointing several senior executives to strategic positions. Euvine Winarni was appointed executive director of business growth & partnerships, while Rian Prabana became senior director of strategy.
For the innovation and technology unit called H+, Wimala Djafar was appointed as Director. This unit is expected to be the engine driving technological innovation across the Hakuhodo International Indonesia group.
On the creative side, Woon Siew Hoh is back on board as chief creative officer (CCO). His return is expected to elevate the agency’s creative standards to a higher level. Meanwhile, Hermawan Prasetyo was appointed as executive director of integrated production to handle the integrated production aspect.
Mayada Patria was given the responsibility of developing human resources and corporate culture as Director of HR & Corporate Services. This position is considered crucial given the magnitude of the structural changes that are taking place.
Strategies for dealing with market changes
According to Group CEO Devi Attamimi, this restructuring is not just another change in organizational structure. “We are building a more connected and responsive organization, ready for what is to come,” she said.
He emphasized that by empowering leaders and strengthening core capabilities, the company is creating a foundation that supports creativity, agility and long-term growth. This transformation, he said, is about staying one step ahead while delivering meaningful value to clients and society.
HIID calls itself a “Sei-katsu-sha Value Design Company”, a concept that emphasizes the creation of meaningful work for real society. This approach combines the vision of the founding leaders with the courage of new emerging talents.
