NAUGATUCK, Conn. (WTNH) — A child was safely located after going missing in Naugatuck on Saturday morning, prompting a large emergency response.
Naugatuck police say that at around 9:30 a.m., a five-year-old child with special needs was reported missing in the areas between Ann Street, Cherry Street, and the Naugatuck State Forest.
Naugatuck police, alongside the local fire department, medical services, and neighboring departments, all responded to the area, and the child was found unharmed.
