Luxury homes near Audubon Park are featured often in Commission Accomplished, and 389 Broadway St. – two blocks from the historic park and in one of the city’s most coveted Uptown neighborhoods – leads this week’s Greater New Orleans area’s highest priced homes sold.

Built in 1920 and recently renovated, 389 Broadway St. sold for its listing price of $2.495 million on June 2.
