BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Lane closures on a section of Niagara Falls Boulevard will take place starting Monday to pave the road, the New York State Department of Transportation announced.
The closures will occur from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. from June 16 through June 20, between the Niagara County line and Green Acres Road in the towns of Amherst and Tonawanda.
The right northbound and southbound lanes will be closed and paved first, followed by the left northbound and southbound lanes, the DOT said. Traffic will be directed as needed.
Delays are expected and drivers are encouraged to use different routes.
