From Chianti sushi with truffle to Panzanese steak with porcini mushrooms or Fiorentina steak with truffle, every dish is a celebration of Tuscan tradition. For vegetarians, a specially curated menu promises delights like potato tortelli with truffle butter and delicious eggs with truffle. Brunch
A casual, wholesome, and fulfilling experience, perfect for slow Sundays with family and friends and celebrations alike, the holiday brunch at Il Salviatino (€110 per adult and €50 per child) features classics such as lasagne and quiche, seasonal salads and vegetables and a variety of meats, crudo di pesce, carpaccio, tartare, caviar and oysters, fresh eggs prepared in the open kitchen and a dedicated salotto filled with desserts. Each weekend will host a special activity: meet the producer of what might become your new favorite wine, take a flower arranging class, relax and savour your meal while your children enjoy arts and crafts in the family room. Always accompanied by music, brunch is available at your leisure from November 10th to January 12th, 11 am to 4 pm.

Christmas lunch
Da Giacomo will be serving up a decadent Christmas lunch on December 25. After being greeted with an amouse bouche and the classic crostini with chicken liver, prepare to be captivated by the two primi: cappelletti in capon broth and crispy mushroom, and lobster risotto with savoy and black cabbage. The main course will consist of stuffed pigeon, mashed potatoes and a demi-glacé with berries. Dessert enthusiasts will marvel at the panettone cream, served with rum gel and dark chocolate, as well as the evergreen classic: handmade panettone with mascarpone cream.
New Year’s Eve Dinner
On New Year’s Eve Tarbouriech oyster and seared scallop will greet you, followed by a series of delicious meat and fish based dishes including Gnudi with butter, sage and Mazara prawns, veal cheek with melting chestnuts and grilled lobster with butter and mushrooms. To finish off the dinner a rosemary sorbet with pepper and champagne. Stick around for the midnight toast, accompanied by traditional cotechino and lentils and homemade cantucci. The price for the fixed menu is €300 per person, beverages not included.

On December 15, between 4 and 6pm, Hard Rock will host a Christmas event for children, featuring an American snack buffet accompanied by elves and characters from fairy tales. Pupi di Satc will play the marionette show Sleeping Beauty, and there will be a special make up corner by Rock&Painting.
New Year’s Eve Dinner
Come to Hard Rock Cafe on December 31, from 8:30pm onwards, for the New Year’s Eve dinner. The evening will unite the spirit of rock’n’roll with the magic of cinema, with Rock in Movie, a tribute to the great rock songs that were featured in blockbusters. For four Fridays (December 13, 20, and 27 and January 3) Vignamaggio is hosting a special Apericena from 5:30 to 8pm. Enjoy a curated spread of Bao sandwiches filled with gourmet surprises, focacce farcite brimming with fresh, seasonal ingredients, pinzimonio with crisp vegetables and flavorful dips, tramezzini, the perfect bite-sized sandwiches. New Year’s Eve Dinner
New Year’s Eve is just around the corner, and this year Vignamaggio invites you to join them at the farm for an unforgettable evening.
