Located on a ten-acre campus in the Bayan Lepas Technology Park, PE2 is Penang’s largest and most advanced data centre, with a power capacity of 30MW. It is equipped to support high-capacity racks to meet the demanding requirements of AI and large language model applications.
Built to support compute-intensive workloads, PE2 offers scalability for businesses in a data-driven world and plays a pivotal role in Penang’s digital transformation, providing the critical infrastructure needed to support the state’s digitalisation goals.

PE2 integrates DE-CIX Malaysia’s Penang Internet Exchange transport node, enabling fast, local internet traffic exchange. This reduces latency, enhances connectivity for telecom providers, and supports industries such as technology, manufacturing, and finance. From AI-driven enterprises to SMEs pursuing digital transformation, businesses gain a scalable, high-performance advantage.
