DENVER (KDVR) — The 90s continue Sunday along with very isolated rain chances.
Denver will remain in the 90s through Tuesday along with daily rain chances. Temperatures drop into the 80s on Wednesday and Thursday with a chance of more scattered to widespread showers and storms.

Weather today: Hot with a stray shower
Temperatures Sunday will again be in the 90s across the eastern half of Colorado, with some locations pushing the upper 90s. Although a stray shower will be possible in the afternoon, mostly dry conditions are forecast.
Clouds and wind will increase a bit in the afternoon. Expect southerly gusts around 20 miles per hour.

Weather tonight: Decreasing clouds
Clouds will stick around through 10 or 11 p.m. Sunday before they clear out by early Monday morning. Overnight low temperatures will drop into the middle 60s. Winds will be out of the southwest anywhere from 5-15 mph.

Looking ahead: Staying hot with some better rain opportunities
Temperatures will be in the middle and upper 90s Monday with mostly sunny skies. There are new signs that we may have some popup showers and storms in the afternoon Monday, but like the last several days, it’ll be of the hit-or-miss variety.

Shower and storm chances increase starting Tuesday. Temperatures may briefly fall into the 80s Wednesday and Thursday. Those days also bring our best chance for scattered rain and thunderstorms, especially Thursday. Friday into next weekend sees temperatures rising back into the middle 90s with drier and sunnier conditions expected.
