Board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology, Madden currently holds medical licenses in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from Cornell University Medical College and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, where she later served as associate residency director and earned awards for excellence in teaching and leadership.
Madden will be opening a gynecology practice this fall at the Stony Brook Medicine Advanced Primary and Specialty Care facility on the North Fork.
A published researcher and advocate for equitable, high-quality care, Madden has advocated for improving patient experience, supporting staff development and strengthening the community-hospital connection, according to the news release.
