Chicago police investigating anti-Semitic graffiti, stickers found in Hyde Park

Authorities were investigating on Monday after anti-Semitic graffiti and stickers were discovered in Chicago’s Hyde Park neighborhood, police said.

In each incident, stickers or graffiti with anti-Semitic phrases were found in various spots, including a mailbox, stop sign, Amazon lockers and an emergency bell, according to Chicago police.

The incidents were reported in a one-week span from June 23 to 30.

The time and date of each incident can be found below:

• June 23 – 2:41 p.m. – 5100 block of South University Avenue
• June 24 – 10:07 p.m. – 1300 block of East 54th Street
• June 29 – 8:57 p.m. – 1200 block of East 53rd Street
• June 30 – 11:25 a.m. – 1500 block of East 55th Street
