SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — A car crashed at least 100 yards down a canyon Wednesday in Mission Hills, authorities said.
The incident occurred around 3:38 p.m. at Stephens Street and West Arbor Drive, the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department confirmed to FOX 5/KUSI.

The driver got out of the vehicle and was taken to the hospital in unknown condition, according to authorities.
Police are investigating the crash.
