KENNER, La. (WGNO) — After Hurricane Katrina came devastation.
And in some cases, inspiration.
That’s the case for a business called NOLA Cajun.
“We ship the Louisiana food culture to everyone’s front door,” said business owner Lovely Wakefield.
The business she started almost 20 years ago now in her garage now fills a warehouse in Kenner. It’s headquarters for NOLA Cajun.
WGNO Good Morning New Orleans features reporter Bill Wood is taking your order.
That’s if you want the flavor of Louisiana delivered to your door.
And that’s any door, any place on earth. It can either be frozen, in boxes or in bags.
Even Dr. Bill’s Maple & Cane Syrup delivered to any door any place around the world. This is the recipe of a real pediatric orthopedic surgeon Dr. Bill Accousti.
