BERNALILLO COUNTY, N.M. (KRQE) – Bernalillo County wants your feedback on what to do with a massive property in the East Mountains. The county purchased the area known as Sedillo Ridge in the early 2000s to protect the area from development.
Now, the county is nearly finished with a master plan to turn it into an outdoor recreation space. A meeting to discuss the plans is set for this Thursday evening at the Sandia Ranger Station in Tijeras. Sign-in begins at 5:30 p.m., with the meeting to follow at 6 p.m.
