A motorcycle crash in Fairfield critically injured a Bangor man on Saturday.
Kyle Trull, 45, is in critical condition at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine public safety spokesperson Shannon Moss said Sunday.
Maine State Police troopers were called to the northbound on ramp of I-95 in Fairfield just after 7 p.m. on July 5, Moss said.
Trull struck a guardrail, according to police. Officers arrived to find a 2016 Harley Davidson motorcycle on its side and people administering first aid to Trull.
The driver suffered severe injuries, and was first taken to Maine General Medical Center in Waterville. From there he was flown by LifeFlight to Maine Medical Center in Portland, Moss said.
Trull was not wearing a helmet. Speed likely contributed to the crash, police said.
