The Los Angeles Dodgers entered Thursday’s trade deadline looking for relief help — and they’ll get it in the form of one of their former pitching prospects.
Minnesota Twins right-hander Brock Stewart, who was drafted and developed by the Dodgers and reached the majors with them in 2016, is headed back to L.A. in advance of the 6 p.m. trade deadline.
Jeff Passan of ESPN was first to report the deal, which has yet to be announced as official. The return going to the Twins is not yet known.
