Seacor Marine US offshore vessel operator Seacor Marine has sold two of its 335-foot liftboats to JAD Construction for total gross proceeds of $76m in cash. The net proceeds from the sales of the are unencumbered, and the transaction is expected to close during the third quarter of 2025. The company expects to gain around $30.5m from the sale. The names of the vessels were not revealed, but the only 335-foot vessels in Seacor’s fleet are the 2014-built Jill and the 2012-built Robert.
