WALNUT CREEK — Two teen girls and two young women have been arrested on suspicion of assaulting and robbing an elderly man in Walnut Creek, according to police. Around 11 p.m. Thursday, officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of Tice Valley Boulevard, near the 55-and-older community of Rossmoor, for a report of an elderly man being assaulted, the Walnut Creek Police Department said in a news release.
