INDIANAPOLIS – An investigation is underway after a man was seriously hurt after being hit by a car on Indy’s west Friday night. According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, just before midnight, officers were called to the 4900 block of W. Troy Avenue on the report personal injury crash. When officers arrived on scene, they found an adult male had been struck by a vehicle. He was reported to be in critical condition, police said.
