One man was killed and another was injured in a targeted shooting Tuesday in Little Havana, police said. The shooting happened at around 6:44 p.m. in the area of Southwest 4th Street and 10th Avenue. According to Miami Police, a vehicle pulled up to two men standing on a sidewalk. Someone got out of the car and then shot both of them. One of the men died at the scene.
