Israeli forces have killed a 20-year-old Palestinian man in a raid south of Hebron, as occupation troops carried out a wave of arrests across the occupied West Bank and settlers uprooted hundreds of olive trees near Ramallah. Palestine’s Ministry of Health said Muhammad Rajih Nasrallah, 20, from the town of Al-Dhahiriya, died on Tuesday evening after Israeli forces shot him during a raid on the area. Indian authorities said they had contained a Nipah virus outbreak after confirming two cases in the eastern state of West Bengal, as several Asian countries tightened health screenings and airport surveillance for travelers arriving from India.
