CHICAGO — A 27-year-old is in critical condition after a stabbing during a physical altercation on Chicago’s South Side on Tuesday, according to police. The incident happened around 6:30 p.m. in the 7800 block of South Sanagamon Street. Police say the victim and unidentified suspect got in a fight, resulting in the suspect pulling out a sharp object and stabbing the victim in the abdomen.
