DENVER (KDVR) — Police responded to a call by a man who was shot overnight in Aurora, according to a press release from the Aurora Police Department.
Just before 12:30 a.m., Aurora police responded to the area of 1434 Idalia Ct., after receiving a call about shots being fired.
When the officers arrived, they were flagged down by someone in the complex about a man with a gunshot wound to his arm.
He was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The man does not know anything about the person who shot him, and there is no known motivation or relationship in the incident, according to police.
Investigators found shell casings from two different calibers of guns near the area.
No arrests have been made, and there is no description of the suspect in the shooting.
