(KRON) – Two 18-year-olds were arrested after gang-related materials and a loaded gun were found in a traffic stop, according to authorities.
Around 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, American Canyon Police Department officers pulled over a black Honda Civic for a vehicle code violation at a Walmart parking lot. Two 18-year-olds were in the sedan.
One of the teens was on prohibition, which permitted police to search the Civic, police said.

A loaded Glock 22 firearm with a high-capacity magazine, gang paraphernalia and a replica firearm were found in the search, American Canyon PD said.
The teenagers were arrested and booked into the Napa County Jail for gun charges. The probationee, per police, was also charged with violating the terms of his probation.
