1721 State St., built in 1898 and recently renovated, sold for $2,075,000 on Aug. 15. The three-story home features 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 6,250 square feet of living space. Framed by majestic Tuscan columns, a wide covered porch overlooks views of the oak-tree lined State Street.

“The prime location, view of the oak trees on State Street, and the historical luxury home, all really epitomize Uptown New Orleans living at its finest,” said sales agent Tracey Moore with Rȇve Realtors.
