E-Filing Notice’s of Appeal

Second District Court of Appeals has adopted Amended Local Appellate Rule 2.1 (Notice of Appeal).  This amendment to Loc. App.R. 2.1 allows for the filing of a notice of appeal via an e-filing system or by email transmission or facsimile.  The Greene County Clerk of Courts is allowing this amended rule and we are advising that you may email your court of appeals filings for Second District Court of Appeals to [email protected].  The standard filing fee is still due at the time of filing. Please include language in your email as to how you will be transmitting that payment.
