Austin Aries is set to make his Major League Wrestling debut on Saturday, September 13, at the promotion’s Fightland event in North Richland Hills, Texas. The former multi-time world champion will face KUSHIDA in an opening-round match of the 2025 Opera Cup tournament.
Stacked Card for Fightland
The Opera Cup tournament match is part of a loaded card for the premium live event. In the main event, MLW World Heavyweight Champion Matt Riddle is scheduled to defend his title against Donovan Dijak. The show will also feature a World Middleweight Championship match between Templario and Ikuro Kwon. Another opening-round match for the 2025 Opera Cup has also been announced, as Volador Jr. will take on Titan.

MLW Fightland will take place on Saturday, September 13, at the Nytex Sports Centre in North Richland Hills, TX. The event is scheduled to begin at 7:00 PM CDT and will be a live broadcast.
