While Erin is the main feature in the Atlantic right now, there are also two other areas the National Hurricane Center is keeping an eye on. One area is well east of Erin’s location, where a tropical wave could emerge off of Africa and show signs of development later this week. The other area is located a couple hundred miles east of North Carolina. This area has a low chance of development right now. Watch to see what we are watching in the Atlantic.
