(KRON) – The Suisun City Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting that occurred Friday night.
Suisun City police officers were dispatched to an undeveloped private property near Webster after reports of a shooting at around 8 p.m.
Responding officers found a person suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was taken to a local hospital, where they were later pronounced dead.
The identity of the victim is being withheld until the next of kin is notified.
“We extend our deepest condolences to the family and loved ones of the deceased,” said the department.
