Dozens killed, more than 200 missing after flash floods in Kashmir

At least 56 people died in Indian-administered Kashmir on Thursday after torrential rain triggered flash floods in India’s second major deadly flooding disaster this month. Rescue teams struggled to reach the area as the region’s weather department issued an alert for more heavy rain and floods.
