JLL and Spear Street Capital have announced that FlatironDragados, the second-largest civil engineering and construction company in the U.S., has selected Perimeter Summit in Brookhaven as the location for its new U.S. corporate headquarters.
The firm will occupy a 25,000-square-foot space at the reimagined mixed-use campus in Summer 2026. The offices will be located on the top floor of Summit Four and house the company’s executive team
“After evaluating several potential locations across the country, FlatironDragados saw incredible opportunity in the vibrancy of Georgia, the favorable business landscape in Atlanta and the amenity-focused office experience at Perimeter Summit,” JLL Executive Managing Directors Brooke Dewey said in a press release.“The campus has been strategically renovated to put the tenant experience first, and our robust leasing activity is a testament to this proven approach. We look forward to FlatironDragados joining the growing community of innovative companies at Perimeter Summit and are confident that this location will support the growth of its business and ability to attract top talent.”
In Atlanta, FlatironDragados is the contractor for major transit and mobility initiatives, including the airport’s Atlanta Personal Rapid Transit Solutions (APRTS) and the State Route 400 Express Lanes project.
JLL Executive Managing Directors Brooke Dewey and Adam Viente and Vice President Alexis Vondersaar handled leasing efforts for Perimeter Summit on behalf of Spear Street. CBRE’s John Shlesinger and Grey McCarthy represented FlatironDragados in the deal.
